Can I import my existing reviews?
Yes. Google review import is included free, and paid plans add Etsy, Judge.me, Reviews.io, Yotpo, Stamped, Okendo and 21+ sources in total. You keep the reviews you already earned.
What does "unlimited widget views" mean?
Most review apps meter how many times your widgets load and stop showing them once you hit the cap. Rated Stores does not — widgets keep rendering on every plan, including free, no matter how much traffic you get.
Will review stars show in Google search?
Ratings are published as JSON-LD review schema on your storefront, which is what Google reads to build rich-snippet stars. Whether they display is always Google’s decision, but the markup is there and valid.
Do I need to edit my theme?
No. Widgets install as theme app blocks — add them from the Shopify theme editor and drag them where you want. No Liquid, no developer.
How do customers get asked for a review?
Review invitations are sent automatically a set number of days after an order is fulfilled, with separate delays for domestic and international orders so nobody is asked before the parcel arrives.
Is there a free plan?
